Relaxing Hilltop Escape

I REALLY enjoyed the large grand sea view suite. The private pool on the balcony was a great feature. I swam in the morning. The staff was very cute and also very helpful.

The steep hill made taxis difficult to find without a thirty-minute wait. The water pressure and temperature were inconsistent, made showering difficult. The breakfast was expensive with limited choices.

The restaurant offers delicious, quality food and drinks. Service is amazing. WE ended up returning to eat several times. A 7-Eleven on the main road is accessible via transport arranged by the reception.

underwhelming experience with several issues

inconsistent water pressure limited shuttle

i wasn't happy with several things. the water pressure in the shower, it was so bad. i had to complain twice and even after they moved me to another room, it wasnt much better. the climb to the hotel is no fun and the hotel only runs a shuttle twice a day, it felt so limited.

friendly staff spacious room

the staff was super friendly. sun from f&b was really nice with my son. i liked delicious food. our room was spacious. the environment was relaxing. the hotel was pretty good.

my room was not like the pictures. the breakfast had limited variety. the stay included many flies. doors was broken.

i liked the private pool. it offered excellent privacy in the room. staff respected our privacy. the room was cleaned daily and was of a high standard.
